William Shakespeare was the eldest son and third child of John Shakespeare and Mary Arden. He was born in Stratford on Avon. In childhood, he was educated at the local free grammar school. Shakespeare completed his final play The Two Noble Kinsmen in 1613 in collaboration with his friend John Fletcher. He died on 23rd April, 1616.
